This ADHD Awareness medical card serves to inform others of a diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). It is important to be aware that someone with ADHD may exhibit some of the following behaviors: difficulty with executive functioning skills, easily distracted, difficulty with impulse control, difficulty with emotional regulation, and/or difficulty with social skills.
You can choose from a variety of different lanyards and cardholders to suit your card, coming in many different colors and styles to suit any color scheme.
The cards are CUSTOM PRINTED plastic PVC ID cards with a size of 54mm X 85.6mm about the same size as a bank card. Made of PVC they are very flexible and will last you a long time. No minimum order.
