Allergy Medical Card

This Allergy Medical Card can be shown to make others aware of your allergy and what can be done to help you. On this card there is a space to add your allergies and where someone could find your EpiPen such as your handbag or pocket. You can also add an emergency contact which could be helpful when showing this card to other people. This Allergy medical card can be helpful many situations such as in cafes or restaurants.

You can choose from a variety of different lanyards and cardholders to suit your card, coming in many different colors and styles to suit any color scheme.

The cards are CUSTOM PRINTED plastic PVC ID cards with a size of 54mm X 85.6mm about the same size as a bank card. Made of PVC they are very flexible and will last you a long time. No minimum order.
