This Dementia Medical Card is useful to those with dementia. This ID Card will alert people around them about their condition so that they can get the help and support they need wherever they go. There is space for an emergency contact so if they get lost or are confused there will always be someone to call for them.
You can choose from a variety of different lanyards and cardholders to suit your card, coming in many different colors and styles to suit any color scheme.
The cards are CUSTOM PRINTED plastic PVC ID cards with a size of 54mm X 85.6mm about the same size as a bank card. Made of PVC they are very flexible and will last you a long time. No minimum order.
