PoTS Medical Card

This PoTS Awareness Card can be shown to make others aware of your condition and certain medical needs, and efficiently tells them what could be done to help you when you’re feeling unwell. On this card you can see a simple explanation of Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome and what symptoms someone with this condition may experience. You can also add an emergency contact which could be helpful when showing this card to other people. This PoTS Card can be helpful in many situations and settings such as at work, school, or simply just when you’re out and about.

You can choose from a variety of different lanyards and cardholders to suit your card, coming in many different colors and styles to suit any color scheme.

The cards are CUSTOM PRINTED plastic PVC ID cards with a size of 54mm X 85.6mm about the same size as a bank card. Made of PVC they are very flexible and will last you a long time. No minimum order.
