Frequently asked questions
How much does the card designer cost?
Designing is free. Printed cards start from £4.99 each. A reverse side adds £1.00 per card, NFC encoding adds £2.50 per card, and QR codes are free.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order one card or a whole team.
Can I add everyone from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Download the CSV template, fill in one row per person and upload it, or paste names and job titles into the AI assistant.
What photo quality do I need?
A clear, front-facing head and shoulders photo. Phone photos are fine, and you can crop, brighten and remove the background in the designer.
Can I download my cards before I order?
Yes. You can download all cards as a free PDF, and each card as a JPG, before you pay.
What size are the cards?
Cards are 85.6 x 54 mm, the standard ID card size, printed on PVC in the UK.
Is my data safe?
Uploads are used only to produce your cards. Unfinished orders are deleted after 7 days and finished ones after 180 days. If you use the AI assistant, what you type and the logo or card pictures you send are processed by Anthropic to make suggestions. Staff photos are not sent to it.
