Three ways to start

1. Let the AI assistant design it for you

Tell the assistant what the cards are for, for example a dental clinic, landscape, blue. It shows you three finished options. You tap the one you like, then drag, resize or recolour anything on the card with your finger or mouse. If you have no logo, it can make a simple monogram. 2. Pick a design and do it yourself

Choose from our library of ready-made designs in portrait or landscape. Switching design later keeps all your names and photos. Everything stays editable.

3. Copy a card you already have

One card or the whole team

The designer is built for teams. Type your people in, paste them from a spreadsheet, or upload a CSV file, one row per person. Card size and print details

Cards are 85.6 x 54 mm, the standard ID card size, printed on PVC in the UK. If you upload your own finished artwork, the best size is 1011 x 638 pixels (300 dpi) as a JPG or PNG, and you should keep text 3 mm away from the edges. You can still add names, photos, your logo and QR codes on top of your own artwork.

Prices

In the card designer a card costs from £4.99. A reverse side adds £1.00 per card, NFC encoding adds £2.50 per card, and QR codes are free. For example, 20 single-sided cards come to £99.80 and 20 double-sided cards to £119.80. Delivery is free over £30.

Your data

Names, photos and logos you add are used to make your cards. Unfinished orders are deleted after 7 days and finished ones after 180 days. If you use the AI assistant, what you type and the logo or card pictures you send to it are processed by Anthropic, the company behind the AI, to make suggestions. Staff photos are not sent to it.
