How to Order ID Cards for Your Whole Team Online
To order ID cards for a whole team, you design one card, add everyone’s name, job title and photo in the same screen, check every card, and order them all together. You can type people in, paste them from a spreadsheet, or upload a CSV file.

Step 1: Choose how to start
Open the card designer. Choose the AI assistant if you would like it to design the card from a short description, or I’ll design it myself to pick from the design library. The library shows the first eight designs, and Show all opens the rest. Switching designs later keeps all your names and photos.
Step 2: Add your people
There are three ways, and you can mix them:
- Type them in. Tap Add person and fill in the name and job title.
- Paste from a spreadsheet. In the AI assistant, tap Paste my people and paste names and job titles.
- Upload a CSV. Download the CSV template, fill in one row per person, and upload it. The template matches the fields on your card.
Need more than a name and job title? Use Add field to add a phone number, email, website, ID number or any custom text to every card.
Step 3: Add your logo and photos
Upload your logo once and it appears on every card. Add a photo for each person with the photo button on their row. A clear, front-facing head and shoulders photo works best, and phone photos are fine. You can crop and brighten photos in the designer.
Step 4: Adjust the design for everyone at once
Click or tap any element on a card to move it. Changes apply to the design for the whole team, so you only set it up once. You can add extras if you need them: a reverse side, a QR code, or NFC encoding.
Step 5: Check every card
The designer shows a live preview of every card, front and back. Scroll through them and fix any typo before you order. You can download all the cards as a free PDF, or each card as a JPG.
Step 6: Order
Tick the box to confirm you are allowed to use these names and photos, then order. You will be offered lanyards and card holders to add to the same order.

Cards start from £4.99 each. A reverse side adds £1.00 per card, NFC encoding adds £2.50 per card, and QR codes are free. For example, 20 single-sided cards come to £99.80, and 20 double-sided cards to £119.80. Delivery is free over £30.
If you spot a mistake after ordering
Contact us with your order reference as soon as possible. If the cards have not been printed yet, we will amend the order.
